- Do not use harsh washing programs or high spin speeds

Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed within 1-5 working days. Delivery time depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped from Latvia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receivea confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during busy periods, shipping may be slightly extended.

How does one size fit?
Our pieces are cut oversized and designed to fit S–L. The sleeves are intentionally long and the shoulders relaxed, so the silhouette falls loosely rather than close to the body. Our model is 179 cm and wears the piece as shown - exact measurements are available in the size chart for each product.
When will my order arrive?
Orders leave our studio in Iecava within 1–3 business days and arrive across the EU in 2–7 days with Omniva or DPD. Shipping is free over €150.
Can I return it?
Yes - 14 days from the day it reaches you. Pieces should be unworn with tags attached. Write to info@moonell.eu and we'll walk you through it.
What does “limited run” mean?
Each design is cut in a small numbered batch - sometimes only a few pieces. When a run sells out it usually doesn't come back, and small variations between pieces are part of making them by hand.
How should I care for it?
Air out instead of washing where you can. Wool and silk prefer dry cleaning; linen and cotton wash cool and dry flat. Care details live on every product page.
