SIA Meduskalni, Registration No. 43603052372, address: Ģedules iela 6, Iecava, LV-3913, Latvia (hereinafter – the “Online Store”) provides the content available on this website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.


1. General Provisions

If a consumer purchases goods or services through this website, such mutual agreement shall be considered a distance contract and is subject to the legal provisions of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, and other applicable laws.


2. Placing Orders

The prices and specifications of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products.

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and select the preferred delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will then be displayed on the screen. Complete the payment to finalize the order.


3. Payment Terms

The currency used on the website is EUR.

Payments can be made using the following methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, operated by Maksekeskus AS:

  • Latvian online banking: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
  • Estonian online banking: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Lithuanian online banking: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Finnish online banking: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
  • Visa / Mastercard payments

Note: When using online banking, confirm the order and click the button “Return to merchant”.

Personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract enters into force upon successful payment to the Online Store’s bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after notification.


4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered to European Union countries.

Delivery is carried out using reliable logistics partners such as Omniva, DPD, and courier services.

All duties and taxes required to receive the shipment at the destination must be covered by the Buyer.

Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order. The purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 2–7 business days.

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer accordingly.


5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

To exercise this right, the goods may only be used for their intended purpose. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. If the goods are used improperly, damaged, handled negligently, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, You must submit a withdrawal form (insert link) and send it to: info@moonell.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to non-compliance with the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

The Buyer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form. After receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.


6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods

The Online Store is liable for defects that appear within 6 months after delivery or existed at the time of delivery, unless such assumption contradicts the nature of the goods.

The Buyer must inform the Seller about defects within 2 months after discovering them by contacting: info@moonell.eu

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that arise after delivery.

If defects are attributable to the Seller, the Buyer has the right to request repair or replacement free of charge.

If repair or replacement is not possible, the Seller will refund all payments. A written response to complaints will be provided within 15 days.


7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data

The Online Store processes only the personal data provided by the Buyer when placing an order, such as name, email, etc.

Personal data is shared with delivery service providers to ensure shipment.

8. Dispute Resolution

For matters not covered in these Terms, the Buyer and Seller shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes between the Buyer and Seller shall first be resolved through negotiations or correspondence. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable laws.

Consumers also have the right to apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or use European Union online dispute resolution platforms.
