Our pieces are cut oversized and are designed to fit S–L. If you are unsure, write to us with your usual size and height - we will tell you how it will sit on you.

After you order it. Every piece is cut and sewn in our studio in Iecava once the order comes in, which is why nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is made in a size nobody wanted.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery time depends on your location and is calculated at checkout. Everything ships from Latvia. Once your order is dispatched you receive a confirmation email with tracking. During busy periods shipping may take slightly longer.

Across the European Union. If your country is not offered at checkout, write to us and we will arrange it.

Yes - within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, write to info@moonell.eu.

Return shipping is covered by you unless the item is faulty. Once we receive and check the piece, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Because everything is made to order, we handle exchanges as a return plus a new order. Write to us first and we will hold the fabric for you where we can.

Linen, silk, wool and cupro from European mills, bought in small lots. The exact composition is listed on every product page.

Care depends on the fabric. Linen and cupro generally prefer a cool, gentle wash, while silk and wool may require dry cleaning. You’ll find specific care instructions on the label and each product page.

Usually not. We source fabrics in small quantities, so once a fabric is used up, that run comes to an end. Occasionally, a favourite returns in a new fabric.
