Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery time depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped from Latvia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receivea confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during busy periods, shipping may be slightly extended.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@moonell.eu.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
